Online-booking terms

These terms apply to online booking operated for Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical Services. They supplement Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical Services' general terms and conditions.

Booking holds and confirmation

Selecting an arrival window creates a temporary 10-minute hold while you enter and review your details. An appointment is confirmed only after the website displays “Booking confirmed.” Viewing availability, starting a hold, or submitting an office-review request does not by itself create an appointment.

Arrival windows and specialist assignment

Available times are customer-facing arrival windows, not guaranteed exact arrival times. Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical Services may assign or reassign an available specialist who is certified for the selected service. Customers book the service and time rather than a particular specialist.

Address and route information

The booking system uses Google Maps Platform to validate addresses and calculate route eligibility. Use of Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Route estimates help determine which times can be offered but do not guarantee travel or arrival time.

Changes and cancellations

Rescheduling and cancellation options may be limited by notice periods, service type, availability, and other rules shown during the booking process. Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical Services may contact the customer when an operational change is required.
